Our Yoga & Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat is a gentle invitation to step out of the pace of daily life and return to a more natural, harmonious rhythm. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, this retreat offers a space to realign with your body’s innate intelligence — through movement, rest, nourishment, and mindful living.
Each day is thoughtfully structured around Ayurvedic self-care practices, supporting you to rise with the sun, move and breathe in nature, and soften into deep rest. Through yoga, meditation, and embodied practices, you’ll be guided to listen more closely to your body, restoring balance and cultivating a sense of steady, grounded vitality.
Alongside this, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Ayurveda — discovering your unique constitution (dosha) and exploring simple, supportive rituals that you can carry into your everyday life. Held in a warm and nurturing space, this retreat is an opportunity to reset, replenish, and reconnect with a more easeful and sustainable way of being.
Each day follows a gentle, Ayurvedic-inspired rhythm, designed to support balance, energy, and deep rest:
– Sunrise meditation & Qi Gong in nature
– Nourishing breakfasts and wholesome meals
– Daily yoga practice
– Time for nature connection and mindful walking
– Heart-centred Yoga Nidra for deep rest
– Spacious afternoons for spa time and relaxation
– Ayurvedic workshops, including discovering your dosha and building supportive daily rituals
– Food preparation & cooking session
– Evening kirtan (devotional singing) and sound healing
All elements are offered as invitations, with plenty of space to rest, restore, and follow your own pace throughout the retreat.
