Yoga & Pilates Online Group Classes
Restorative 90 minute group classes that explore and combine the best of Yoga and Pilates. Enjoy floor based sequences that restore balance and harmony for your mind, body and soul. Each week we take a deep dive into the heart to enliven and awaken personal creativity and deep listening to your own intuitive body wisdom. Elise has been teaching Pilates for 15 years, and Yoga for almost 10, the classes offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with further inspiration drawn from Elise's experience as a life coach and a devotional artist.

Classes run in 5 week blocks, but you are welcome to join anytime.

Class Video Recordings
All clients are emailed a recording of the class at the end of each session, so if you need to miss a class, or if you wish to make use of the replay for extra practice time you will have access to the video replay online for 1 week, until the next weeks class replaces it. Also if need be you are welcome to interchange between the Thursday and Friday classes.
